Step #1-Pick up boxes at client's
office or storage facility

Step #2-Safely transport them
back to our facility

Step #3-Enter tracking numbers by
record or box as directed by client

Step #4-Place boxes into
warehouse inventory

Step #5-Client places record retrieval
order by fax, email or phone

Step #6-Staff member uses card key
to gain access to storage area
and retrieves files

Step #7-Driver delivers
records to client

Step #8-If requested by client, driver
returns to pick up records

Step #9-Records are refiled
into our system
